    A teenager, a camcorder, a bedroom and a nightstand to rummage through. The show is born.

  2. The Bedroom Studio

    Every set was built by hand in one bedroom. The closet doubled as the casting department. The furniture moved out so the show could move in.

  3. Episode 20

    "We never expected to make it up to 20." They did.

  4. Episode 34

    "We made it 34 episodes. Five years, that's not bad." The armchair sign-off.

  5. Twenty Years Off

    Jon went off and made thousands of videos, including more than ten thousand of himself silently drinking water. The plot? Hydration.

  6. Episode 35

    The comeback, built entirely from cardboard and paper: a photo-cutout host, a couch sidekick, a talking dog, an egg band and a potato audience. Coming soon.
